Jonathon Yormak, Principal. Mr. Yormak oversees all of Broadway’s capital markets activity and is a member of the firm's investment committee. Since joining Broadway in 2003, Mr. Yormak has coordinated, structured and executed all of the company’s acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, recapitalizations and related financing. From 2004 until 2007 Mr. Yormak also ran the asset and property management divisions of the company. Prior to his time at Broadway Partners, Mr. Yormak spent seven years practicing commercial real estate law, most recently at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP. Mr. Yormak is on the Board of Directors of The Children’s Hearing Institute and the Co-Chairman of the REX Steering Committee for the UJA Federation of New York. Mr. Yormak received a B.A. from Colby College, cum laude, and a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.
